We will be meeting at the church at 9am, taking the church van, and spending the day at the State Fair of Texas. Thursdays are Senior Days at the fair, with tickets only costing $5, but you don't have to be a senior to go with us. Buy your ticket, and sign up in the back of the Worship Center so that we know how many are going, in case we need to arrange for more transportation. Les will also use this list to contact everyone if the weather is not good.
If you have wanted to learn a good way to share your faith in the Lord with those he puts in your path, this is the event for you. Les has been invited to do this training at the Nueva Esperanza Baptist Church, and you are welcome to come and learn with them.
Instead of our regular Bible Studies, we will have a church prayer meeting this evening. Come, bring your children, as we spend time praising God and praying for each other, our church, our community, our country, and our world.
